Our Impressions as More than Sport Agency

From March 17 to 20, 2025, one of the most important events in the global football transfer market took place at the Estrel Hotel in Berlin: the TransferRoom Summit. Over 300 clubs from 47 countries and more than 80 agencies came together to network and discuss transfer opportunities in over 4,800 meetings – and we as More than Sport Agency were right in the middle of it.
An International Network United at One Event
In a format reminiscent of professional speed dating, targeted 15-minute conversations between clubs and agencies were held. The clearly structured organization of the summit enabled us to establish highly relevant contacts and engage in discussions with decision-makers from all over Europe in a very short time.
Direct Conversations with Europe’s Top Clubs
Once again, the TransferRoom Summit Berlin was a fantastic opportunity for us to engage with clubs from across Europe!
We had particularly valuable conversations with Juventus Football Club, AS Roma, Hannover 96, Newcastle United Football Club, Leicester City Football Club, Fortuna Düsseldorf, Malmö FF, and many other clubs. These meetings gave us exciting insights, strengthened our network, and revealed new transfer opportunities.
As a player agency, personal connections are essential to us – whether with clubs from the Bundesliga, Championship, Serie A, MLS, or other international leagues. Only through direct communication can the best solutions for players and clubs be found.
